ive been best friends with this person for 2 years and i really fancy him! he has started to act differently around me and i dont know if i should just ask him out because we will still be best friends if he says no.

catgirl222222 agony auntGo for it. Absolutely go for it. When you have a foundation of friendship, you already know so much about each other and know that you love being around each other, so what's the harm? You only have one life- live it!

And anyway, you will still be best friends if he says no, so what have you got to lose?

I had almost an identical situation to yours, and now I'm with a guy that I love.
