 It's ok for a girl to ask a guy out... Girls are much more independant nowadays so I guess the tables have turned a lass needs to make it really clear to a guy that she likes him before he can consider making a move... and some girls are so utterly stunning nowadays that the guys are scared to ask em out..
So go ahead and ask him, if he says yes than you've just bagged yourself a date!

 well times have changed my love. it used to be the boy who did all the running but like i say times have moved on and its 50 50 now.
if you really like someone then yes i would go and see if he wants to go for something to eat,or go see a movie. if he says no,then dont let it put you off because im afraid nothing is simple in this life flower.

 In this day and age i don't think it look out of place for a girl to ask a guy out. There are alot of shy guys out there who are scared to approach woman, and would gladly accept an offer from the opposite sex.

 It saves a heap of trouble and discomfort when a girl asks a guy out. That way it's on the girl's terms, and she can't complain that a guy is bothering her or wasting her time.
