writes:Hi me and my girlfriend are trying to have a baby and we have unprotected sex atleast 4 to 5 times a day and I ejaculate in her every single time and this has been going on for 5 to 6 weeks now maybe a little bit more and she has been takin pegrnacy test and they have been coming out negaitive, but she has been havin symtoms like peeing alot craving food sleeping more her belly is getting a little bigger stomach cramps tender brests milk discarge from her brest and she still hasn't got her period she she ussaly gets her period in the beginning of the months for a exapmle her monthly gift gets here no later then the 5th of the month. Is she perg and we jus need to wait longer for the test to be postitive or wat she we do??

 My god how do you have the energy to do it 4-5 times a day!!!???? :-) By the way that is actually counterproductive because the more you ejaculate the less sperm is in it.
Usually a pregnancy test will show positive the first week after a period is overdue however you can get a false negative and indeed a false postive. I suggest waiting another week then testing again. If her period still has not come and the result is still negative see a doctor for a more comprehensive test.
Good luck with the baby making I'm still shaking my head over the 4-5 times a day thing you too are something else :-)

reader, anonymous, writes (15 July 2010): She could quite possibly be pregnant. A girl I worked with (who is a nurse) was trying to get pregnant. All tests came out negative, even a blood test came out negative...it wasn't until she had an ultra sound that it was confirmed. This is rare but it can happen.
