 I would consider it cheating, even if they are doing this for fun. Why is this fun? Do they not have anything better to do with their time than mess around with a bunch of pathetic guys masturbating on webcams because they can't get real girlfriends?

Have you talked to her that this bothers you and she is over stepping your boundaries?
I don't think this is okay for her to do and she sounds like she is either ignorant of, uncaring of or oblivious to your feelings about her doing this.
Tell her how you feel and if she cares about you, then she will stop with no problem and if she doesn't stop or doesn't care about your feelings, then I would say that it's time to find a new girlfriend.

 I wouldn't consider it cheating, you could say it's a form of porn because these men are doing sexual acts on camera. However, it's not like she's browsing them solo for viewing pleasure..she's doing it for shits and grins with her girl friend.
Personally, I don't see the fun in it..I'd be rather grossed out by it. But I'm much more mature and can find activities to better occupy my time.
If it bothers you then I would point out how immature it is, and there's other things she could be doing than interacting with those weird guys. Even though those guys are a little lewd, it's not really polite to screw with them. They need to get their kicks some how and don't really need their time wasted by some immature girls. Or maybe they get off on talking to your girlfriend and her friend. Which is even worse. Also, throw in that their play time is taking up time spent with you..Offer to get them off the computer and take them to the mall, out to dinner something more constructive.
