Well it could be causing discomfort, she could have gotten too over-stimulated and now its bordering on painful happens sometimes, could be you've been rubbing her the wrong way and of course it could be a friction issue. Sometimes I know I feel just plain sore, then its not enjoyable. Might be that she is looking for stimulation elsewhere for you to mix things up a bit. Maybe she wasn't really even in the mood to be fingered or maybe not in the mood at all. If she suffers from vaginal dryness use some lubricant it should help, and mix it up.
