but your not in love.
you have a crush. They can be lovely or painful.... time will tell.
Can you talk to your parents? They were your age at one time and I am sure they remember it.

 I had this problem recently. I fell in love with every girl who was even a little nice to me. It took a couple of years but now I'm thinking about what a girl personality is and not get looks. And before you start dating, you need to remember that just because a girl looks hot or sexy, doesn't mean that she is a great person. I'm not saying that all girls like that are bad. I know a few girls that have the model look and are just so nice and friendly. I'm just saying that true beauty comes from inside and the out side means nothing.

Haha, no, you are not in love. You are a teenage boy entering puberty. Prepare for these feelings to get a LOT worse.
You got a boner when she hugged you? Give it six months. You will get a boner when ANY girl hugs you, looks at you, or has the audacity to simply exist when you're around. You'll get a boner when the cat looks at you sideways. You'll get a boner for no reason at all. You will be very annoyed with your seemingly perpetual boner.
Get used to it, you might be able to control it a bit by the time you hit 30 or so, meantime please remember that boners do not equal love.

Sorry, for the rather adult questions.
You like her a lot, you feel physical things, stuff happens that you suddenly have no control over.
You're at that age when these physical reactions happen a lot. It's normal and all that.
I would recommend that you work up the nerve to ask your Dad. He was your age once and might surprise you with his wisdom.
But from this question? No, you don't love her. But you do find her attractive. Not a bad thing. Talk to Dad. Or Mom if she's uber cool.
