 Don't contact her. Women and men do this all the time; they agree to go on a date, so they don't appear rude. She didn't want to reject you, since it is really awkward and uncomfortable. She probably thought " eh some random stranger asked me out, I'll be nice and agree. What are the chances we'll see each other again?" If she wants to contact, she will. If not, you know the deal.
