 Could be for baby reasons, could just be that she wants it to be natural. How old is she? 16 or over? if so does she take the pill?
It could very well be that she's afraid that it won't fit you and it could get list somewhere!
Talk to her and ask her why.

You might also want to check her sexual history: if she is in the habit of going "bare-back", you could end up with more than you bargained for!
