writes: I came home just over two weeks ago and was working on my computer when my neighbours "beach ball" came over the fence, next when I hear a knock at the door and she was standing there in just a small bikini, and was Rather drunk, she came we had a couple more wines together and before I knew it we were having hot sex together in the kitchen . She is a very attractive lady, who spends a lot of time at the beach and Gym, when I saw that body and could feel my errection getting larger, I simply couldn't resist .. I know this all sounds great, but now I cant get rid of her, she's coming over all the time and I have other commitments .. How can I let her down gently? seeing as she lives right next door! Its a little too close.

 Wow, that sucks. I prefer relationships and have never had a casual encounter myself, but they're pretty normal.
There is no way you can do this without either insulting or hurting her feelings. Be gentle, tell her she's very attractive (after all, you say it's true), but that you never expected anything to come of it, and you're simply not prepared to turn it into anything. It might soften the blow if you tell her that (and only if it is true!) if you're ever ready to be tied down for awhile, you'll give her a visit.
Hopefully that will be hint enough.

 Please help her relocate to Texas. lol But more seriously, I think you should simply explain to her your unspecified "other commitments" and why you are so crazy to deny her.
