This is a common problem. You could try wearing two condoms, apparently it helps by reducing the 'sensation'. Or spend more time on foreplay focusing on her until she is either finished or near to it before penetration or any stimulation of you. If you feel you are about to orgasm withdraw completely and give your penis a firm squeeze. It should stop the cum sensation so you can continue on for longer. But try not to stress about it, it is something that is very common and easy to work around or correct. But do go to the doctor just to make sure there is nothing medically wrong.
