 Hi guessing both of you may be 40+, its possible that sex for him as fallen in his personal list of priorities. It may have nothing to do with desire or love. Questions to ask are:
How rewarding is the sexual experience from both points of view?
Are long working hours taking a toll?
Are his energy levels low?
Is sex becoming / become boring?

 Does he show a lack of interest in other things that he used to do? Does he have a lot of pressure at work?
Maybe he should have a blood test, just to make sure that he's not missing any crucial substances?
