 Sex is such a taboo topic and depends on your religion, your culture, your country to give you an answer. If you were a Westerner than sex is mostly accepted before marriage and the percentage of marrying a virgin are slim. Now in other parts of the world virginity is secret and will not be tolerated before marriage. My responses to your questions, depends where exactly in the map are standing right now.

 Yes, I do. Human urges are only natural. If you sleep with someone, you can just leave, but if you marry them, that's not something easy to get out of. If you end up marrying someone because you're desperate to sleep with them, then one day you might want to leave, but that won't be easy if you're married.
It's unrealistic at least in this day and age I think to wait until you get married to sleep with someone. Because some people might not marry until they are in their 30s, 40s or later, and waiting that long to lose your virginity isn't easy, plus you might feel embarrassed if you were a virgin and your partner had been doing it for years.
As long as it's safe (unless you want a kid) I think it's actually better to have sex before you marry someone.
