I had this problem for a while with my girlfriend as we started going out, I didn't know why this was, but as I got more comfortable with her, it got better and is completely gone now, my advice is to try and relax and not be nervous, I think nerves were the main cause for me, oh and also yeah a lot of foreplay.Good Luck!
