 The outfit's easy enough, just get the sluttiest things you own and put them together regardless of whether they match.
For the attitude, start off all business, as if this is literally no big thing to you, you're just in it to get paid quick. Start off sex by obviously faking interest in the beginning, but once things get going, start acting like it suddenly starting to actually feel good. It should be surprising, but pleasantly so. Start to get into it for real a little. A little bit after that, get more into it. By the end, stop faking altogether and just go wild on your boyfriend. When it's over, in the afterglow, tell him to keep the money, that was worth it for itself.
Essentially, act like he's such a stud that the hooker-version of you started enjoying it despite herself, against all her expectations.

 let him choose the outfit and then you go somewhere and he picks you up, or he comes into your room. you ask him what he wants you to do, he tells you, you tell him what it will cost. do the deed. take the money!
