 I would go get a Plan B pill right away. Just to be safe.
Also, maybe it's time for you to consider birth-control pills.
As for the sex. Well, many many women regret their first time. What YOU need to do is learn from what happened. Learn to say NO. And don't get into situations where you feel like you don't have a choice.
We all make mistakes.

 I'm sorry you have got into this situation, it must be really horrible for you right now. But you need to listen carefully and make sure you take the following actions:
1. Go to your doctor or sexual health clinic and get the plan B pill (or the morning after pill as we call it here in the UK). If it really was last night you had sex then you still have time - as long as you take it within 72 hours of having unprotected sex then it should still be effective. So go to your doctor, clinic...anything like that ASAP because there is still time to prevent pregnancy.
2. Make an appointment to get an STD test ASAP. Once you have sorted out the Plan B pill then make arrangements for an STD test. If you go to a sexual health clinic there is a good chance they might be able to give you an STD test at the same time as giving you the Plan B pill. Please make sure you do this - the STD tests are very simple and dont hurt at all, and you really need to make sure you have not caught a potentially fatal disease like HIV, or something like Chlamidya which can cause infertility in later life.
3. Following the Plan B Pill and your STD test, go to your doctor and get some birth control sorted out. If there is a chance you may have sex again in the future, you at least need to protect yourself from getting pregnant so talk to your doctor about the different options of birth control available to you.
Aside from the pregnancy and health issues there is not a lot else you can do, apart from learn your lesson and be more careful in the future. You have experienced how bad it feels to have a one night stand, so at least now you have learnt that it does not feel good so hopefully you wont do it again. If you dont want anything to do with this guy then there is no need to contact him again, just put this down as a bad experience and move on.

But please do it quickly, and dont leave it any longer. And get your STD test asap too, the quicker you spot these diseases the less damage they will do.

reader, anonymous, writes (29 July 2010): Miss, this is rather a serious situation. Depends on where you live, the older guy you had sex with can be charged with statutory rape.
Personally, I don't agree, since both of you were consenting for it; it isn't fair to just punish one participant.
You bigger problem is your health. He's willing to do sex with you while he just met you, and without condom too, do you think how many times he did it with other girls before you?
Do you have nurse (better female nurse) in your school? Tell her that you need to know if you catch something. Ask her for symptoms and ask her for advice whether you need to get tested or not. You are far too young to have your life got wrecked by an older guy you just met.
Don't let it happened and be careful next time.
