 Generally the more you masturbate, the more resistant you will become.
You hold yourself a lot tighter than what a vagina can, plus you have complete and utter control over rhythm etc.
I really wouldn't say it would affect you negatively, and if you have concerns try the aformentioned stamina techniques

 When you feel you are are the point of ejaculation, pause for a moment and grip the top the the penis with your thumb and forefinger. When you feel like the feeling has died down then start again. Repeat this process utill you feel you are ready to ejaculate.
