It will be painful the first time you try to have sex but it don't mean you have to give up try doing something relaxing first cos you will be tense hence why it hurts so much. Try taking a long hot bubble bath to get in the mood light a few candles and just relax then when you feel relaxed enough try again just keep doing this until it doesn't hurt anymore good luck and enjoy xx
