Let him try it if he wants to, my boyfriend wanted to try the same thing and he likes it so, let him try if he wants but wear a tampon. If you change your mind and don't want to wear a tampon, I suggest waiting until your period is light(every woman's periods are different) but if at anytime during your period, it's light and not heavy blood at all, then try it without.

You'll need a old facewasher, some warm water and two towels (one for him and you, one folded double under you to protect the sheets).
Both the oral and penetrative sex are very different to usual, and well worth trying. Both relieved her cramping considerably.
