Wer are both virgins so I doubt there will be STI's involved. And yes he had precum on his hand I have spoken to my parents and they agreed that I should take a pregnancy test. I am getting it in the morning so I will send in another comment sayingif it comes out posotive or negative.

 You can only get pregnant from fingering if he has seman or precum on his fingers. If he did then YES you could be pregnant.
You can also get STIs from fingering and oral sex, so do it safely.
