You can meet girls absolutely anywhere, such as work, school, etc. For you I recommend getting to know a special girl as a friend first, I think you would benefit from that a lot.

reader, anonymous, writes (26 December 2010): Hiya I am around the same age as you (female) and in the same position - i used to worry about it but now i've come to realise it was because i wasn't being as confident as i thought i was.
Go out there to clubs and pubs and approach girls (not drunk) and ask them if they wanna dance - they can only say no at the end of the day. And show you are kind, caring and friendly and trustworthy because that is all us girls really care about.
Just a tip from a girls point of view and a tip from a guy helped me.
