My wife and I are increasingly sneaking off for 'quickies'; I think we're becoming addicted!

Hi im 33 and have been maried to my wife for 7 yrs. Our sex life has always been great and dispite having a teenager and a baby. Well this all started a wekk last thursday so about 9 days ago the baby was asleep and our teenage daughter was out with her friends for the day and we were just in the kitchen talking then we both really got the urge for sex and it was that sudden that it happened there and then we didn't even get out of the room we just did it right there. The thing that happened again later that day when our daughter was due back but we managed to quickly sneak upstairs for afew minutes. Now although we do have sex regularly i would say its about 2 times a week sometimes for sometimes less and some week we don't dependin on how we feel and the situation as we have to be careful that our teenage daughter doesn't hear although we've guessed she knows it goes on anyway. The thing is it's causing abit of a problem, we are wanting to have a quickie alot more at the most inopropriate times, just at general times in the day when there are other people there or when we ate on our onw and things are being stopped in the day(general jobs) so that we can do it. it's not the prblem that we are having sex more just if it was at night or first thing in the morning then yes but it suddenly comes on and this really doesn't seem natural as we normally just have sex at night or in the morning. The thing is how do we resist the urge all the time so that it will eventually die down and won't interfer with other things as it can't keep happening like this maybe once in a while but its as if we're becoming adictted to it. What can we do to solve this? Please help!
