If necessary put a pillow under your hips.
Stay this way for a couple of minutes after ejaculation. I am sure the sperm won't come out.

In other words, don't sit or stand up for a few hrs. after sex if you can. It worked for me, but I wasn't trying. People may think it's gross to just go to sleep with a load of come inside you, but you can just shower in the morning, and it's not that big of a deal.

 Its called gravity and the fact some sperm decides to swim the wrong way. Not ALL sperm will come out. If it concerns you that much after sex lay still for a little while and don't move or sit up and see if that helps.

 Thats natural for some to come back out but believe me if you are trying for a baby there will be sperm that makes it through and i will give you a tip that i was given when i was trying for a baby, straight after ejaculation lay on your back and raise your legs high up in the air and stay there for a few mins.
