Teacake agony auntFrom my personal experience - as I am not a young gal - to have these feelings and mood disorders at your particular age is common - even if the psychiatry profession seems to over look this phenomenon.

I have no idea what causes it. Perhaps the fear now that you are no longer in the comfort of childhood and will be responsible for yourself as an adult in the world... that can bring on a lot of fear and panic!

Could be so many things that are setting off these thoughts. But as long as you have an awareness of them and want to do something to regain your mental health.... you are in control for sure and have the awareness to see what you can do.

Just don't panic about the panic. Ask yourself what it is that is causing fear and panic. There must be something in your life that is causing anxiety. Fear of the future is also common. It is out of our control on a certain level, but you can do things in your life to provide yourself with some security and comfort. Find a caring therapist if you like who is expert with young adults.

Best to yoU!!!!!!!!!! You'll be okay as these things are usually things that come and go thoughout life.
