 The only way round this is to talk to him. Personally it doesn't sound like what you described is reason enough to stop having sex with you. Guys sex drives dip a lot at this stage in their lives and a bit of manual is normal in every relationship, even the ones where regular sex is involved. Just talk to him. Tell him you're feeling unattractive and what has happened to make him go off sex?
