 Three times is not emough for me either sometimes. But I can see how an older guy like you can get tired of it. I like older guys who are patient and expereinced in bed, but when it somes to quanity I want a lot of it, and I can really understand your girlfriend wanting it more,just like I do.
I also happen to be bi so Im not alwasy being demanding with my guy, when I have other girlfriends to help me.

 hey,your girlfriend is normal, I look for it as much as I can get it too & a lot of the time my fiance isn't up to sex but I respect his wishes & wait until he is ready for it. but I find if you do it 3 times a night it isn't as exighting as getting it 3 times a week. do get her a vibrator there brilliant for the relief & she wont go lookin for the relief from sombody else. If your not up to it tell her that if she loves & respects you she'll wait.

Everyone is different, so you should just have sex as many times as You want to.
Why not give lots of foreplay and make her orgasm a few times before sex, it might wear her out a bit faster.
You could also buy her a vibrator and use that during foreplay so you have a bit of recovery time.
