My girlfriend is complaining of pelvic pains after great sex; is it my fault?

A male United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

The other night my girlfriend and I had just about the perfect sexual encounter, and I'm sorry this is so long, but I just have to tell you about it, before I explain the problem. Also, I need to say that I am on enzyte, a sexual enhancer for ED, and it is working like a charm but anyway, I agreed to meet my girl at the mall and then go see a movie but she must've had other ideas, like the idea to completely seduce me.

I spotted her at the mall wearing this absolutely gorgeous red-orange dress that showed her legs, tan skin tone, and her body appeared to float towards me (she was walking towards me, and like the heads of 6 other guys turned to look at her). That's when it kinda happened, we went out in the parking lot, and sure enough after I gave her some kisses on the neck, I could tell things were "heating up" sure enough we got in the car and she said at the movie, we're going to my place. I drove us there, and we had intense make out sessions at the stop lights on the way.

Well sure enough, we got to her place, she ripped off her dress to this very sexy lingerie. Our clothes came off, she opened her legs, and I jumped on her, and began penetrating. She was very wet and tight already but after around 10 thrusts, she started moaning in orgasm (she was NOT faking, we are both against it, and I have my ways of telling), she was breathing, her legs wrapped around me and were grinding around my hips, but I kept thrusting with as much momentum as she would let me get. It got more intense for her as I sunk my lips and teeth into her neck then breasts, and she was getting very very wet, and I could feel her contracting around me, it probably lasted about 45 seconds, from when I felt her grinding to when she returned to normal.

I let her catch her breath, and we started back up again, sure enough, she had another orgasm just like this about 2-3 minutes later and it went like that for the rest of that "round." We went another round right after that, with similar results. After that we took a break and watched some TV, but we started going again later, and went a total of 4 rounds that night. I think she had close to 40 orgasms, and I had about 4 (big difference, man I'm jealous haha) it was absolutely great but anyway now for the problem.

She calls me up the next day, complaining of some pains when she flexes or clenches her pelvic muscles, she says she gets this pain that starts in her vagina and then spreads throughout her pelvis. The next day she went to her doctor, and he said that it might be my fault for thrusting too hard, or going too hard.

so I have several questions, is this my fault for going to hard? Or, is it just natural for a girl to be sore the next day, after having a lot of orgasms? If this is my fault, how can I keep all the passion and pleasure in our sex, but make it so it doesn't hurt the next day.

Also, how long should we wait before having sex again, till the pain goes away, or longer, or if we do it while the pain is still there, will it like cause any severe damage?

Thanks a lot for taking so much time to read this. lol.

Too much information, guy! How the heck did this one get approved? Youngsters read postings on this site, mods! As for the poster--plainly, this is just a erotic sex story and nothing else. An attempt at 'bragging about his sexual poweress' and getting his jollies while doing it. Usually these postings are all about the writer's own fantasy and the story is not true or if it is partly true...it's embellished. There are websites out there, that you can submit these stories- I suggest you do that.

Not your fault. Pain in the abdominal area after sex is a sign of pelvic inflammatory disease. Very common for women to have. Have her go to a proper doctor and explain that she needs to have an ultrasound to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease.
