writes: i split up with my ex a while ago because he cheated on me and seemed to never want to spend time with me unless i hastled him, however i thought i was over him completely, but then there was a gig on in which he turned up at and he approached me and apologised to me whilst he was sober. saying he wanted me back and that things will change majorly. i belived him and we had a great night together,however after he left in the morning he seemed distant again like before. i asked him what was happening and he said he meant everything he said but didnt want to be with someone who didnt totaly trust him!! i couldnt believe he said this to me as he has given me nothing to trust him by. but i have never felt like this before and am soo down now...AGAIN. i really had thought my feelings for him had changed. i hate him but at the same time would have him back like that! help i need him but he treats me like rubbish!!!

You have answered your own question "he treats me like rubbish" Try and stay away from this guy and move on, it sounds like he just wanted you for sex I hate to say it but I think it's true. You deserve someone who will treat you so much better then this. Be strong and take some time out for yourself and have fun with your friends. This guy really isn't worthy of you and all the trust is now gone and he's turning it round on you saying you don't trust him is his way of getting out of everything he said to you.
Be strong on move on. You won't regret it!
