Porn is not reality, and this is why people watch it. It's different, and in some people's opinion, exciting. It's not supposed to be what happens in 'real life', otherwise it wouldn't catch your attention and turn you on.

You can never trust what you see in porn.

First, you can't believe everything you see in porn movies.

As you get older, the muscles begin to sag (even for ejaculation), the prostate enlarges (have you had it checked recently by a doctor), and we drink to much caffeine products and not enough good liquids, like water.

To much coffee will decrease the amount of cum you have, and the little you do shoot out, will be thicker (not good for the prostate)!

Danielepew agony auntI would only add that porn never shows the real thing. One of these days they will have a man ejaculating twenty gallons of it.

Speaking from experience and from someone who has been with guys of all ages, i have to say it is an age thing. My bloke used to be able to spray further, but now it doesnt go very far at all. I can remember blokes in the past who were much younger and there was loads of the sticky stuff and it went a fair distance. Sorry, mate but i think it is an age thing and i am not sure if it can improve. My bloke doesnt think it will. But you could maybe have a word with your doctor.

take care

A male reader, Sandman United States +, writes (16 May 2008):

Sandman agony auntWell, ejaculatory force has a lot to do with a lot of things...

First off, being well hydrated before sexual activity will definitely help. Some people state drink a few glasses of water. I'm not sure about the correct number, but maybe just one or two GOOD 8oz glasses of water should be sufficient (**if you are maintaining good hydration all other times**).

Secondly, the muscles used to force the ejaculate out get weaker with age. But these can be improved and strengthened by performing Kegel exercises. Just look it up on the web if you don't know what Kegel's are.

Thirdly, the amount of time since the last ejaculation plays a part. You should try to limit at least 24-48hrs between ejaculations to help "build up" a supply to shoot.

And finally, your arousal level. How aroused are you when you engage in sexual activities that lead to ejaculation. Also, "edging" during masturbation or sexual activity will definitely increase the force behind the ejaculation when the time comes (pun intended). Letting your sexual peak build - then stop to cool off. Then build up again until you're about to shoot, then stop again. Continue this for as long as you can - when you finally do shoot - watch out dude cause it might be a gusher!!

Hope this helps.
