writes:Hi there. Could someone PLEASE help me? I was on a night out and i had my drink spiked for the first time. I have no idea who it was that done it. i can remember the whole night up until my last drink. I didnt have a lot. i only spent around £10-£15 so i wasnt drunk. But towards the end of the night i couldnt remember a thing such as who i was, where i was, or who i was with. I dont think anything sexual happened but all i could do was cry. now i am really confused about what happened. Should i be worried about anything that may or may not of happened???

Any drugs that might've been used to spike your drink will have gone by now so there's no way to tell for sure. From your post, you dont give any other info such as whether you woke up in a wierd place or anything else freaky just like the last guy said. You say you only spent £10-£15? From experience, I know that's enough to get drunk with. If you were out alone without any friends, then let this be a lesson to you.
Even if your drink was spiked, nothing can be done about it now. Dont go to the police, the most they'll do is just file a little statement and thats just bad for statistics (you dont want to help demoralise your nation do you?)

People think that someone else has caused it but they have done it themselves by too much drinking. From your post you only think your drink was spiked because you had a blackout. Alcohol alone can do that. You can remember until your last drink .. how do you know it was your last drink? It was just the last one you remember. Sorry if I'm being harsh but you seem to be saying that you can't remember the end of the night so it must have been someone else's fault. You didn't mention waking up in a strange place or with someone you didn't know so I'm assuming that the next morning there was no reason to think otherwise. There's no point in worrying about something that you have no evidence to believe has happened .. take a lesson in drinking.
And the idea of getting in touch with the police who can find out what "actually happened" .. er, how exactly?

Yes, people ... please don't drink alone. Or, when you're in a depressed mood.
Go have fun/drinks with friends. At least they will take care of you if something happens. I used to be out many times with my friends and overdrank but they always watched out for me (thank goodness for them)

If you really are worried get in touch with the police who can find out what actually happened.
At least now in the future you know you can't leave you drink alone at all because it could happen again.
