I'm 17 and so is my boyfriend. We go to the same school and he recently got a cell phone with the same company I have so that we can talk whenever we want. His parents don't like me because I've made him come home late a few time and because of that he lied so that he wouldn't get into trouble.

They found out every lie he has ever told them and where he really was (he was with me) and what he was really doing.

A few days ago he did something bad and even though it had nothing to do with me, his parents took away his cell phone and they want him to break up with me.

How do I win his parents' trust back without seeming like I'm sucking up to them?

To gain their trust, you will have to let them get to know you personally. If this is possible, it would be a good idea, but they may not want anything to do with you in which case, there is not a lot you can do.
