Also, have any of your girl friends given handjobs or blowjobs before? If so, they can tell you how to do it. For blowjobs, you can also practice the technique on a banana, but with the peel on.

 I agree that you may be a little young for this kind of stuff..but if you are going to experiment just make sure it is something YOU want to do for you...not just to please your BF. If he's a good guy he will understand if you say you're not ready.
If you want to get some technique tips...try having a look at some sex guides, there are lots of books written on how to pleasure your partner etc. If you're too embarrassed to check them out in the bookshop, try your local library or you could probably even google it! However, probably the best way IS to ask him to tell you what feels good/show you..everyone is different!
