 Even if he's joking it's a horrible thing to do, especially as you already suffer low self esteem and he must know this as your bf.
I would say he's not worth bothering with but if you insist on staying with this insensitive boy then you need to put a stop to him talking to you like this. Tell him it upsets you. You need to work on your body confidence and learn to love yourself and he isn't helping matters at all.
