Question - (22 July 2010) 3 Answers - (Newest, 22 July 2010)
A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I am 18 years old and have not had sex. My period is about 67 days late and I am freaking out! I have been trying to do some research on why it might be like this. I have been regular since I started when I was 14. I haven't felt stressed at all because its summer and the last time I had it during finals.

Any help is appreciated!

EbonyBlossom agony auntSerious weight loss, or even serious weight gain, can make you skip a period. Sometimes you just miss them for no reason. It could be caused by illness or anti-biotics. Wait until your next one is due and if it doesn't come, go and see a doctor =]

dirtball agony auntAre you on a new diet? Have you lost a lot of weight recently? You may want to make an appointment with a doctor. This doesn't seem right. Have you been exercising a lot? Usually missed periods mean one of a few things; pregnancy, anorexia, high stress, over exercising.

I'm sure some of the ladies her could probably shed more light on this for you though.
