 If you truly love him, you must leave him alone. You could ruin his career or worse.
He CAN'T (legally) be with you, no matter what he wants. At best he'll lose his job; at worst he'll be in jail. This isn't something you want for someone you love.
Feel free to enjoy your fantasy, but please make sure that it never crosses the line beyond that.

 All of the facts that you listed are pertinent to your feelings. However, the two facts that you mentioned that should govern your behavior are: You are 15 (read: a minor) and he is your teacher.
Stop.
That is the end of your little fantasy.
Even if he felt the same way as you, his career (that he has worked SO HARD for) would be destroyed for being with a student and he would go to jail for being with a minor. In fact, if he even appeared to have an inappropriate relationship with you, it could literally destroy his life.
Period.
