hi there, you shouldnt have any self esteem issues girl!you are still 13!, flirting is not nessary for you as a girl and in your age.Few tips for you:1.Be sweet, but not easy, dont lose ur virginity bcz everyone is doing it! its wrong, live by ur beliefs, it always best to lose it with a special one and in a long term rship.2.be hard to get but not stuck up, guys like 'hard to get girls', its like a challenge to them! (from experience), esp if ur pretty and tall...3.you dont need to flirt with guys, its a job of the boys, you just give them acceptance signals like smiles so that they can approach you and talk/flirt with you...be happy cheers

 this may be because you are growing up, everything is changing. ive got a feeling that you will find someone that really likes you soon, because you never know there maybe someone right now who likes you. you will get your love life one day.
there is something about everybody that is pretty or gorgeous...and u sound like u have the perfect figure you should be very happy!!! and wait to lose ur virginity its not all its cracked up to be trust me!
just wear what you want keep looking the way you want because if u feel happy then it shows...
prettiness isnt everything with guys...well some anyway a nice personality and a caring heart does a lot for them... altho im not a guy im going on past experience here
