Okay! Great news guys! The bleeding stopped like two days after the sex, and all soreness is gone. Thanks for your advise and guidance!

A female reader, anonymous, writes (22 April 2011):

The pain is probably due to the fact that it was your first time and the hymen (membrane) was ruptured... if sex is routinely painful, that can be indicative of a medical condition such as cystitis... go to your doctor, they can treat this. It's a pain in the ass (somewhere in that vicinity anyway). Probably, nothing is wrong but you need to go to the dr. to be sure.

person12345 agony auntYouWish has some great ideas. I want to add, for next time work on getting aroused more and get yourself some lube so it doesn't hurt so much. If you're still sore more than a few hours later, it probably means you weren't turned on enough. If you spend enough time on foreplay, it will be a heck of a lot more pleasant next time.

YouWish agony auntOoh! Don't laugh, but Preparation H and sitz baths are wonderful! Lots of women use these things right after childbirth when we're all torn up and healing from it.

After using the bathroom, gently dab your...uhh...parts, and it will be most soothing.

If you don't feel better within a week or so, or you develop a fever, call your doctor to make sure you're not suffering from any kind of infection.
