I would assume that your boyfriend's hands are not incredibly large, considering you're between 13 and 15, so four fingers isn't that much, and probably not much more than his erect penis. However, if you're hurting after he fingered you, he might've stretched you out a little bit more than he ever has before. This is normal, and it's normal to be sore a little after events like that.
If you're bleeding a tiny bit after he fingered you, it's fine. Your hymen probably isn't all the way torn, which is why you're bleeding. If you're really worried about being sore, make sure you're being careful and that he's only penetrating you when you're wet enough. Be sure that he washes his hands before he touches you, too, and keeps his fingernails clipped short and evenly.
Sex might not hurt again if your hymen is torn enough now!
