 Were you having sex with someone, or were you masterbating? If you were alone, then what the other aunts said is on target. If you were with someone and they were using a condom, then it could potentially affect that condom. Anything with petroleum in it, can damage, or weaken latex.
Do not use petroleum bases lubricants with condoms or any type of latex sex toys such as vibrators etc.

 It can cause an infection, but other than that or irritation you will be fine. Take a shower and wash it off as best you can and don't use that again. You'd be safer using some vaseline or something. Why not go to the drugstore and buy some cheap KY? It's like $5. Whatever you do, don't douche to get rid of as that will cause a million times more damage than any lipgloss, which is basically just glorified scented vaseline.

Some of the ingredients of lip gloss might provide a suitable environment for the growth of bacteria. But you shouldn't worry too much, that probably won't happen. In the future, if you don't have a personal lubricant, use your saliva.
