 Just a quick note, you said you aint good at in real life, one im sure that is untrue and you should have more confidence in your own skills and two have you and your girlfriend had real sex yet.
Now about your cyber sex, you should only do things if you feel happy and comfortable with them.
If you do want to do this then the best thing is not to over think it, like by trying to sound overly sexy or dirty talk. the simplest things is to just tell her how you feel about her and the things you would like the two of you to be doing if she was there in bed with you and just go with the flow of the conversation.
