Depends... will probably hurt a little depending on your experience with other aspects of sex.
When I lost my virginity I was 17 and had never worn a tampon or touched myself or used a dildo (I know, strange), and it hurt a little but wasn't horrible. It helps that I was very attracted to him, and he made me feel comfortable. I think it's different for every woman.
As long as you communicate how you feel and go slowly it should be a beautiful experience. Have fun!

 I remember this girl I know telling me it hurt so much she couldn't walk for days. But then when it actually happened to me, it didn't, like a little sore afterwards but other then that, it wasn't HORRIBLE pain. But maybe that is because MONTHS, before he had fingered me from time to time. So when it did actually happen as I said it didn't hurt. And make sure you relax.
