Yes all virgins wear blue. They can't help it. It's the law. Look at every girl under 15 and you will see they are all wearing blue.
No of course you can't tell.
Your mum may be able to spot the signs that you have a boyfriend, spend lots of time alone with him and look really guilty though.

 Well no of course you cannot tell whether or not someone is a virgin just by looking at them, well not unless they are wearing a sign to say whether they are or not.

No, you can not go by their clothes, how they talk or carry themselves. I was very out going yout typical tomboy in how I dressed, with WAY more male friends then girl friends, yet I waited til I was 18 almost 19.
A doctor/GYN would be the only one who can really tell.

 I think generally girls are shy sexually and find the approaching male body a bit scary when they are not used to it. Girls are generally coy when a guy approaches her sexually. So for a girl I would say a guy could tell by the fact that a virgin girl appears nervous and backs off a bit and slows things down if he's trying it on.
A guy can still come across as though he's not used to that sort of thing. I think guy virgins are less likely to be coy in that respect! However guys are generally more forward, even if they are a virgin, they seem to overcome this by acting in a very forward way to have a chance of overcoming their virginity. Perhaps it's determined by how much the guy wants to loose his virginity on that occasion. For example a guy might be less forward and you can tell at a party, because he possibly wouldn't want to have first sex like that. He would hold back partly in a similar way that a girl would. But on a first or second date, a virgin guy might still try it on, especially if he's older and more determined.
Basically you are either asking because you are a virgin and you are wondering if your boyfriend can tell. Or you are asking because you are wondering if your boyfriend is a virgin or not because he's more forward than you would expect?
I think a forward virgin guy can appear a bit less used to things and a bit trying too hard, rather than it coming naturally though. I think there are still subtle clues even if he portrays himself in a certain way.

noway i can think of otherwise. If male then noway at all, if female maybe - but only maybe if the hymen is intact. even if its not, it can be explained by 50,000 other reasons like gymnastics...
