I've never really had trouble with acne, it just started after I changed my diet. Does this usually happen when you change your diet from fatty sugary foods to healthy?

You're sweating more and also you are getting rid of all the crap you have been eating previously.
It's your body's way of detoxing.
Take extra showers, drink lots of water, and the best news is that in a couple of weeks all the bad stuff will be gone from your body and your skin will look better than ever.
Good Luck!! xx

Studies have proven that food does NOT cause acne, not even chocolate. It may be something else, hormones, etc. It could be the sweat from working out, make sure you shower right away.

Yes, because it happened to me.. All you have to do is drink a lot of water, wash your face regularly and when you sweat after exercising it's important that you don't use your hands to wipe your face. Use a towel or just your shirt.

It could happen do to the fact that you changed the chemicals in your body also if you are working out it could be from the sweat or the fact that you might be showering more often.
