clickyclick agony auntCould depend how hard you fell but most of the time you will feel pain if you hurt yourself on your chest and will probs heal on its own because i was on a trampoline and I had a 19 year old lad kneeling on my chest which made it hurt for like a day or so, but if the pain does'nt ease or go away in bowt a day n a half go see the docter. If you cant stand the pain try taking a painkiller make sure you read the packet to make sure you don't over dose.

Hope you feel better soon.

Probably will heal on it's own, but just in case get a doctor's examination.

Agreed...get to a doctor or a walk in clinic. You could've done some damage. It's also possible you just knocked the 'wind' out of yourself. But it's best to have it looked into. Step away from the computer right now..and get going! Good luck, dear

A visit to your doctor would be a good start, followed by an x-ray possibly, and rest if nothing is serious.
