Kissing comes naturally. Don't worry about that.
Do you think he is interested in you? Maybe be straight up and just tell him you like him. That works for me. Otherwise make your body language speak. Look at him in the eyes, smile in a flirty way. If he gets the hints and he likes you he will probably ask you out.
