 Other replies have addressed the legality of this situation. I think there are other issues here too. She is 15 and chasing you for the purpose of sex. It sounds like she is a bit emotionally vulnerable to me as most teenage girls are looking for sex within the boyfriend-girlfriend relationship situation so they don't feel used etc. I would be very careful about this girl - maybe she has learned that the only way to get attention is to offer it up on a plate and that is very sad...it would also mean you were no angel for exploiting that fact.

I'd be a hypocrit to tell you not to, as i was sexually active at that age, just be careful and use protection.

The truth absolutely does not matter in this situation. If there's trouble, you will be blamed and she will not. (I don't care if she shows up at your house, breaks in, and rapes you at gunpoint. You still take 100% of the punishment if the authorities get involved.)
That may persuade you not to go forward with anything. Good man. But, don't kid yourself about what's gonna happen. It won't mean that she doesn't quickly get sex somewhere else anyway, and it won't mean that your morality will get you any respect/sex from anyone else. This girl will just throw herself at some other guy who will get all the fun that could have been yours.
The female gender (and our whole society) basically rewards risk-taking males with sex, not moral & worthy males.

 In a biological sense, it's not wrong at all. Human bodies are built to procreate when they reach a certain level of maturity, BUT that DOES NOT mean I condone you having sex with this girl. If it's illegal for you have sex with her until she's 16, then you better wait until she's 16.
In the mean time, that are over 6 billion people in the world with about half of them being women. Even if 1 percent of those women were in your age group and lived in your area that's several hundred million. I'm sure out over several hundred million women, you'll find at least one that will want to have sex with you.

 If you really care about her then what is waiting awhile before engaging in sexual activity? You need to realize first off that sex isn't everything! You have time to develope real feelings for someone before taking this very important step.
If she is already sexually active it doesn't mean that you two have to go that far until she is older. It is a wise choice to wait. You are correct that it is illegal to have sex with someone at your age when that person is under legal age. It's called Statutory Rape. It doesn't matter if she consents or not. You can spend a good deal of jailtime just for a few moments of pleasure and change your life forever.
It is ok to be sexually attracted but it's how you act upon your feelings that matters. Be strong and wait until legal age of consent if you must seek a relationship with someone underage. It's not only wise but it will help you to be sure that you want this relationship before you carry things further.

 Hello.
I am pleased that you know it is illegal to be having sex with a 15 year old,it is not wrong to have feeling for a female at your age, but because she is a minor it would be more than wrong of you to have a sexual relationship with her, has she has said sex in a few weeks, does that mean she will be 16 i wonder.
If she is still 15 and you have sex with her it does not matter if she is a virgin or not, by law you are responsible for your actions, and she is not, if the police should get involved you will be charged, and she will walk away.
you must be careful in what your next move is going to be, you really do not want to ruin both of your lives for an act that might last a few second, and get a jail term as well.
