If your use of the word 'paranoid' means you are worried about pregnancy, go into the pharmacy and get emergency contraception. Or call your gynecologist for help.
And while you're at the gyn, do ask her for advice on contraception. Be honest about what you do and don't do in and out of bed.
P.S. Unless he wants to be called "Daddy" your boyfriend should stop relying on the pull-out method, as he clearly is not a reliable reporter of his own sexuality.

Pretty sure he KNOWS if he came or not. He might not have know if he was "all the way" out when he did.

Sorry, but I have never heard of a guy who cannot tell. Once you have hit your peak, it is very to stop that process. It's not like going pee and you can control it the same way.
