 Yes you did have sex, you could also be pregnant right now. I think you need to educate yourself more on safe sex and don't get yourself in to this situation again. You need to be prepared. Go to your doctor and get condoms and practice safely.

 You just had intercourse. Just because he had boxers on doesn't mean it wasn't sex - the same way that a condom on doesn't mean it's not intercourse.
