He has a nephew at the same age as me!We have been talking for a while and my sister found out and her and her boyfriend tried to set us up...My sister an her boyfriend are getting married and are also tryin for a baby... Me and his nephew were talking and were curious as to if this would be incest?! theres nothing going on.. we have only spoke.. and only thought about this when my sister tried setting us up... so we are just wondering...if my sister and her boyfriend had a baby, that baby would be my neice/nephew, and a cousin to my sisters boyfriends nephew... Soooo, yeah! Any help?!

i really don't think that is incest. a unique situation but it's not unique in a creepy way

 No it is not incest... not even close... now if your sister's boyfriend is your cousin, then that may be closer.. but if not, then there is no family tie other than your family marrying into their family..

 No. This is not even close to the definition of incest. Incest generally has to be an actual blood relative or first law marriage relative(like a step brother or sister).
