He seems to act straight but plays around and seems to flirt (I cannot tell) with guys. I went to a party a few weekends ago and he was there and had skulled a bottle of vodka and was going around the dance floor like nothing else and he was feeling up guys (and girls) but I cannot tell if this was just because he is really playful or if he is gay/bi. Please help

 The best thing to do is to talk to him. If he isn't showing any signs of being straight, bi or gay, then talk to him. Get to know him, after awhile you'll find out if he is into guys.
