Your hormones are raging at this age. However if the thought about sex consumes most of your day it could become unhealthy. Obesseive complusive disorder is when you constantly obessess over anything and can't control the urge to not do it.
For the most part I would say that it's Normal to be this way but you have to control those urges so things don't get out of hand. It's best to sustain from having sex until you are sure that you really want to be with a person. Sex isn't something that needs to be rushed and is something to be shared with someone you truely love.

 This is not abnormal at all. i've done it 12 times in 3 days so u have nothing to worry about. but if the tenderness gets unbearable, STOP and give it a break until the tenderness goes away. my ex made the mistake of letting me go while she was super tender and she regretted it...
